Were hiring permanent full-time Customer Service Advisors to join our Contact Centre where youll be at the heart of the action during some of the biggest moments in sport from the AFL and NRL finals through to the iconic Spring Racing Carnival.As a Customer Service Advisor youll join a high-performing full-time team committed to delivering best in class service.
Youll support customers through peak sporting periods and access excellent training and long-term career development opportunities.Please note : This is a permanent full-time position.
Rosters will vary and include evenings weekends and public holidays.
We are particularly seeking team members who are available throughout our busiest sporting seasons including Spring Racing.What Youll DoHandling betting inquiries and providing general customer support across multiple channels; phone email and live chat.Solving customer problems efficiently with a focus on detail and delivering great outcomes.Logging clear concise notes in our customer database.Learning new systems quickly and always keeping the customer front of mind.What Were Looking ForAustralian citizenship permanent residency or a visa that permits full-time workPrevious customer service experience is essential; contact centre experience is a strong advantageExcellent verbal communication skills as this is a phone-based roleAvailability to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidaysPlease note : You must be available for 3 weeks of full-time training starting Tuesday 9th September (training includes Saturdays).
