* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
* Licensed to provide occupational or physical therapy in the State of Florida.
* Satisfactory completion of an internship in the area of physical therapy.
PREFERRED/DESIRED:
* Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/TRAINING: REQUIRED:
* Valid Florida Driver's License.
