Cultural Care Services (CCS) is a fast-growing NDIS support provider, committed to delivering exceptional care and empowering people with disability to live independently and with dignity. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and help drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding CCS's presence across South Australia. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of building relationships, driving referrals, and representing CCS at networking and community events. You will also support marketing initiatives and ensure smooth client onboarding, while fostering positive stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CCS services.
Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms.
Drive lead generation and convert referrals into new participants.
Oversee the client intake process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Support Coordinators, providers, and community networks.
Represent CCS at networking events, expos, and industry functions.
Manage complaints and feedback in line with NDIS requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement and business growth initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the management team to achieve business targets.
Key Selection Criteria
We are looking for a proactive, people-focused BDM with a passion for growth and community engagement. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong communication and networking skills.
Previous experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship management (NDIS/healthcare sector experience highly regarded)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and client growth
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
Valid driver's licence
NDIS Worker Screening
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Knowledge of NDIS and disability sector.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing.
