Responsibilities
* Design, deliver and evaluate programmes for a range of audiences, including themed evening events, that showcase the best of the organisation.
* Collaborate with wider teams by delegating tasks, setting and meeting deadlines to ensure programmes are delivered successfully.
* Forge relationships and select artists and entertainers to develop programmes that are high quality and representative of Black Country communities.
* Collaborate, consult and co-create with local communities to ensure programmes are relevant and diversify audiences.
* Support the development of themes, characters and stories of the annual programme.
* Work alongside Assistant Producers to distribute tasks, offer guidance and collaboration.
Qualifications
A highly organised and creative individual with a proven track record of developing, delivering and evaluating projects and programmes. A record of successful achievement in a comparable organisation, specifically relevant to the purpose of the role. Ability to work independently as well as with internal teams, external partners and organisations to deliver projects whilst balancing workload. Passion, enthusiasm and ideas for stories about the Black Country and creative ways to tell them to audiences.
