Barber Specialist
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Barber Specialist to join our team. As a Barber Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, and providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of haircuts and grooming services, including but not limited to haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling.
* Consult with clients to determine their specific grooming needs and preferences.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and disinfected after each use.
* Maintain knowledge of current hair and grooming trends and techniques, and use this knowledge to provide the best possible service to clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
We require relevant qualifications or at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing high-quality grooming services. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients at once, with flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
