Our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. This role will focus on delivering an end-to-end transformation project, working closely with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Role
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation
* Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling and execution
* Drive the design phase and overall project lifecycle
* Manage and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams
* Ensure successful delivery across Agile and/or Waterfall environments
* Identify risks, resolve issues and keep delivery on track
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within enterprise environments
* Strong experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
* Experience across HCM system replacements or transformations
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to lead complex projects across both business and technical teams
* Certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP highly regarded
