Our Health & Safety Business Partner role is an exciting opportunity to play a role in a global Work Health & Safety (WHS) strategy for one of Australia's leading, ASX 100 retailers

**About the role**
You may know us for our retail Brand but did you know that Harvey Norman operates globally across a range of industries and occupations. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of key deliverables of the health and safety framework and strategy across a variety of H&S risk profiles including warehousing, logistics, construction, manufacturing, asset management and retail, operating across 8 countries internationally.
Located in our offices in Homebush West, you will lead the recommendation and adoption of the health and safety framework and strategy, into retail franchisees across Australia. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders including retail franchisees, warehouse teams, and corporate executives to influence, impact and build safety capability across the business.
You will also;
- Support the delivery of the Health & Safety Framework and Strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of the recommended Health & Safety Framework and Strategy for the retail franchisees
- Complete action plans, provide detailed reporting and data analysis along with communicating findings to the business
- Be a trusted partner and provide practical advice to deliver safety standards in partnership with regional teams
- Drive improvements in safety outcomes by educating best practice and legislation
- Provide leadership through your interactions across the business
**About you**
You are a strong communicator who is passionate about Health & Safety and enjoys working across a variety of tasks to support the large-scale transformation. You will have;
- Suitable experience in a work health and safety role
- Experience in working in project roles or change programs
- Experience working in an organisation with multiple sites and stakeholder groups
- The ability to manage competing priorities and timeframes
- Proven experience in writing reports, analysing data, and communicating findings
- Ability to communicate and influence a wide variety of stakeholders
- Relevant qualifications or training in Health and Safety or related discipline
