Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled remote freelance junior video editor to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for transforming existing content into engaging social media edits.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit short-form content (reels, stories, clips) from existing edits and raw footage for various social platforms.
* Collaborate with the Video Producer to create multiple cut-downs and variations of existing video content optimized for different platforms and audiences.
* Add captions, subtitles, graphics, and text overlays to enhance engagement and reach.
* Stay up-to-date on social media trends, formats, and best practices across platforms.
* Organise and manage footage libraries and project files efficiently.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative approaches that maximise engagement and reach.
* Perform light colour correction and audio mixing as needed to ensure high-quality outputs.
