We are looking for candidates who can easily adapt and assist with critical business support functions, including:
* Medical Receptionist duties
* General office and clinic administration
* Records management
* Office support and management
The ideal candidates will have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software. These roles require a professional demeanour and a commitment to providing excellent service to both staff and clients. A willingness to work up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, is essential.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for these roles, we are looking for:
* Demonstrated experience providing excellent patient service, including booking appointments and accurately handling payments, billing, and claims.
* The ability to manage patient records and communications with other medical professionals, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
* Proficiency in administrative tasks, problem-solving, and various user systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* A current Working with Children (WWC) Check.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Two professional references.
