Job Description: Clinical Development Nurse (CDN)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse Level 2 to join our Paediatric Department as a Clinical Development Nurse (CDN).
About the Role
The CDN will support nursing staff in paediatrics to achieve excellence in clinical practice, standards of care, and improved outcomes throughout the clinical journey.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Support nursing staff in paediatrics to achieve excellence in clinical practice, standards of care, and improved outcomes throughout the clinical journey.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and audits within the department.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Extensive experience in a paediatric setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
