Morning (6am-2pm) Afternoon (2pm-10pm)

About the Role
We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join a busy food production facility in Cavan, manufacturing high-quality dips and spreads enjoyed by consumers across Australia and around the world.
This is a practical, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in producing quality products.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor machinery along the production line
* Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipe specifications
* Handle raw materials and finished products (regular lifting required)
* Conduct routine quality and temperature checks
* Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
* Follow all food safety and workplace health & safety procedures
About You
* Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, or warehousing
* Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
* Full Australian work rights
* Available for morning or afternoon shifts
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
