The primary function of the Environmental Health and Safety Manager is to provide general environmental, health and safety support services, conduct investigations and analyses, and undertake other-directed assignments. This role involves developing, implementing, and administering environmental, health, and safety protection programs that impact employee and public safety, occupational health, fire protection and prevention, and equipment and property protection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Conduct regular evaluations of equipment, structures, and work-in-progress to guarantee adherence to environmental, safety, and health regulations.
* Advise on facilities and technological specifications to achieve organizational objectives.
* Maintain required licenses and permits.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory codes and standards.
