The Opportunity
As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include;
* Opening and closing of the store
* Assisting with day-to-day store operations
* Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
* Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves
* Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
* Maintaining the store's appearance and organization to a high standard
About You:
* Experience in a customer facing role
* The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs
* A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products
* Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative
* Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends
* Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
* Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
