Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Development Advisory division within our Sydney office. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in helping clients manage their construction costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the various stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed and accurate cost analyses, estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
* Be technically proficient at all aspects of pre- and post-contract QS services.
* Manage client expectations and be client-facing.
* Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, including mentoring junior employees.
* Take responsibility and ownership for a portfolio of projects across different sectors.
* Provide career development and progression opportunities for employees who demonstrate high performance and excellent attitude.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Quantity Surveying.
* Membership in an approved Professional Body (e.g., AIQS, RICS, CIOB) is preferred.
* Advanced knowledge of the local construction industry, including development, contracting, and consulting sectors.
* Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
* A self-motivated individual with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated skills in client file management, planning, and organization.
