About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a retail operation, manage staff and volunteers, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a passion for Lifeline and its purpose, and be able to articulate this to customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of a retail operation, including sales, visual merchandising, and customer service.
* Delegate responsibilities to staff and volunteers as needed.
* Work with the team to review and monitor pricing, promotional events, and selling techniques to ensure profitability.
* Set objectives and prioritize tasks to achieve business strategy.
Requirements:
1. Possession of a strong management skillset, with experience in coaching and mentoring people.
2. Able to deliver a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations.
3. Demonstrated problem solving and influencing skills.
4. Familiarity with retail business systems, POS, and Microsoft Office.
