Overview
Mantra Lorne is located in the coastal town along the Great Ocean Roan and is spread across 12 acres of landscaped gardens, offering heritage hotel rooms and modern one and two bedroom apartments. The Larder, on-site restaurant, offers daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Proudly housing the largest residential conference venue in regional Victoria, Mantra Lorne can host groups of up to 600 guests for bespoke corporate and private events. Purpose
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you play a significant role in organising various dining experiences. Your primary goal is to guide a cohesive team, ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Your dedication to precision, guest satisfaction, and teamwork will be essential for the success of every dining experience.

Skills And Experience
* Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table & event service, beverage expertise, and coffee crafting skills
* Confidence in communicating with guests and colleagues for seamless teamwork
* Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
* Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
* Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
