About The Position
In this role, you will contribute to residential property sales by managing prospecting activity, liaising with clients, preparing listings, and supporting the full sales process. Youll work across a diverse portfolio of property transactions and play a key part in building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct prospecting and outbound sales activities
Prepare property listings and coordinate associated signage
Manage client followups and maintain positive relationships
Support administration and documentation across the sales process
Assist with both lower and highervalue property transactions
Skills And Experience Required
3+ years experience in real estate administration or buyers management
Strong sales capability with focus on selling rather than foundational admin learning
Comfortable engaging clients confidently via phone and email
Competent computer skills; specific software experience not required
Ability to work effectively across varied geographic and property market segments
