**Service Coordinator Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment where they can make a real difference.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating activities for our Field Service team, which serves clients across Australia. They will be responsible for answering customer calls, resolving issues effectively, managing service orders, scheduling/coordinating Service Technician staff using our ERP system, processing and distributing service reports and invoices, preparing and distributing service agreements, assisting with quotations for service contracts, spares, and consumables, maintaining the quotation log, coordinating work performed by sub-contractors, and supporting the Service Support Manager and Team with day-to-day business activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, have experience in administration, preferably in a technical environment, knowledge of ERP systems, and high level of proficiency with Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
