We're partnering with a well‐regarded business to appoint an experienced HR Manager into a broad, high‐impact role. This is a genuine opportunity to step into a visible position where you'll partner closely with leadership, take ownership of the people function, and help shape culture, capability, and compliance across the business.
What you'll be doing:
* Partnering with leaders on all things HR
* Leading workforce planning and end‐to‐end recruitment
* Managing onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle processes
* Supporting performance management, probation reviews and development planning
* Overseeing HR systems, policies and procedures
* Coordinating payroll with an external provider
* Driving employee engagement and recognition initiatives
* Managing monthly HR reporting, compliance and workforce metrics
* Supporting health, safety and workplace compliance requirements
* Overseeing Modern Slavery reporting and legislative obligations
What we're looking for:
* Strong generalist HR experience in a standalone or autonomous role
* Confident interpreting awards, regulations and employment legislation
* A practical, commercial approach to Fair Work matters
* Someone responsive, approachable and able to handle issues as they arise
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience in real estate or hospitality will be highly regarded
