About the role
This position is part of an Agile team responsible for developing and managing a nominated platform.
The successful candidate will be the key contact for the target platform, working closely with customers to implement platform changes that meet business needs.
They will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and be able to understand and communicate complex business processes effectively.
This involves operating, developing, administering, and integrating TAFE NSW platforms to support organisational business requirements.
Key responsibilities
* Work closely with customers to identify and implement platform changes that meet business needs

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and customer needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meet customer expectations

Requirements
* Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in systems administration and software development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum fundamentals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
