About the Role: Principal Program Officer
The Queensland Department of Education is seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the development of effective partnerships and support communities to implement place-based approaches to improve outcomes for children and families based on defined early childhood data.
This involves developing a suite of early childhood initiatives that support effective practices to optimise learning and development outcomes for children across early childhood.
You will work closely with key stakeholders, including school principals, early years teachers and educators, to improve children's education and wellbeing.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to travel and work in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop effective partnerships and support communities to implement place-based approaches to improve outcomes for children and families.
* Lead the development of a suite of early childhood initiatives supporting effective practices to optimise learning and development outcomes for children.
