About the role
Reporting to the Site Manager and based at our FMG Iron Bridge Operation, this role would suit a candidate with a 'can do' attitude and who is wanting to take on a new challenge.
This position is on a 4/3 for a duration of 6 months based up at Iron Bridge. We can offer FIFO from Perth. 12-hour shifts on Day shift only. Accommodation and flights included.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Coordinating, planning, and booking all baseload crew travel and accommodation.
* Manage labour requests for baseload and shutdowns in conjunction with leadership team
* Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees, subcontractors in line with client requirements and time frames
* Communicate with employees regarding all movements, changes to rosters weekly via e-mail, text and verbally by telephone
* Book ongoing travel, including domestic /charter flights and accommodation for baseload and leadership personnel
* Ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met, including up to date qualifications and inductions
* Manage PPE requests and update PPE usage database
* End to end mobilisation duties and general Administration
* Manage conveyors team roster, including: Fatigue management, annual and personal leave requests, training etc
* Update and maintain databases and reports
The job requirements:
* Experience in mobilising large numbers of blue-collar personnel
* Proven experience as an Administrator or relevant role
* Experience using mobilisation packages such as ERMS, CMS, Success factors, and/or Workflow (Desirable)
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently, with attention to detail in a high volume and time critical environment
* Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
* Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
