Order Administration Support
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Order Administration Support professional to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the order-to-cash cycle, responsible for supporting APAC business divisions by creating, managing and maintaining accurate records of our global customer database.
About the Role
As an Order Administration Support specialist, you will collaborate with various departments including sales, customer service, logistics and finance to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Customer Data Management: Create, maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer master records in our database, capturing and revising relevant information such as contact details, billing and shipping addresses.
* Data Validation: Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies or duplications in the system.
* Process Improvement: Make recommendations to leadership on inefficiencies or opportunities for improvements to existing data validation processes.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams including sales, marketing, finance and customer service to gather and validate customer information.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as localization requirements related to customer data and data privacy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese and English (reading, writing and speaking).
* Cultural Understanding: Strong familiarity with and understanding of Japanese culture.
* Integrity and Confidentiality: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
* Customer Service Experience: Some experience in customer data management or a similar role, preferably in a large-scale organization.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and other data management tools.
