Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage all operations in our Small Victorian Branch, based in Cheltenham. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing various tasks, including processing customer orders, pick and pack dispatch, assisting with product enquiries, managing stock and purchasing inventory, receiving stock, preparing invoices, and generating reports for Head Office.

Job Responsibilities:
The following duties will form part of your role:
* Process all customer orders, including showroom sales
* Pick, pack and dispatch orders efficiently
* Provide assistance to customers with product enquiries
* Manage stock levels and coordinate inventory purchasing
* Receive incoming stock shipments
* Prepare accurate invoices for clients
* Generate reports for Head Office on key performance metrics

* Current Forklift license and ability to handle heavy items
