About the Role
As the Revenue Assurance Manager, you will:
Oversee transactional processing activities related to resident management, including billing, account setup, subsidy entitlements, and refundable accommodation deposits.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly revenue reporting.
Drive standardisation of processes and procedures across the team.
Build aged care expertise within the team and act as a subject matter expert for resident management projects.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clarity of roles and performance expectations.
Manage monthly subsidy accruals, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and Opal standards.
Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and improve processes.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as an ambassador for Opal.
About You:
Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roles within finance or revenue assurance
Diploma in Accounting (essential); Bachelor's degree in business or finance (desirable)
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage high-volume transactions
Knowledge of aged care industry regulations and funding arrangements (desirable)
Excellent Excel skills and experience in a highly regulated environment
