The Ideal Candidate
* At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, looking to explore a new challenge within the HR sector.
* Proficient in communicating and presenting complex ideas to c-suite executives, developing strategic partnerships.
* Commercially savvy, with a track record of superior business acumen.
* Ability to plan and forecast, creating a clear business strategy aimed at expanding and retaining designated customer accounts.
* Self-motivated, energetic, driven individuals with a hunger to learn and further develop their skill-sets are ideal candidates.
* Interstate travel may be required on occasion.
