Major Projects Commercial Lead - QLD

**About the role**:
The Major Projects Commercial lead plays an integral part in bringing CSR's 3 key business units together - Masonry & Insulation, Construction Systems & Interior Systems to create and deliver, customer driven solutions across the Queensland market. As the QLD lead on major projects, you will be engaging with our customers to understand their specific requirements, be a single point of contact and deliver custom tailored solutions to meet their business requirements. This role will allow you to leverage from CSR's brands and design tools and present integrated solutions that will showcase CSR as leader in the market.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Establish major customer and project targets and develop strategic plans on how to grow revenue and drive sales results across the CSR business in the state.
- Build and maintain major project pipeline of opportunities to deliver large product volumes and multiple brand sales.
- Lead major project approach and support BU's by facilitating technical support and customer service.
- Be one point of contact for major customers to support BU's and identify and lead opportunities for new business.
- Develop and/ or maintain relationships with key strategic customers and aligned industry associations.
- Establish and maintain a safety culture ensuring compliance with WHSE Authorities in accordance with responsibilities matrix.
**About You**:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in senior sales management and have proven experience in delivering high-level sales outcomes and revenue.
- Demonstrated leadership attributes, with proven experience in a similar industry is integral to this role.
- Extensive forecasting and budgeting skills.
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Desirable - experience with CRM software e.g. Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
