The opportunity & how you will make an impact.
We see heritage conservation and urban development as deeply connected, with layers of heritage being turned into design drivers to create thriving, vibrant, unique and meaningful places. Our heritage and archaeology expertise supports clients in identifying and managing cultural heritage to enable sustainable outcomes for current and future communities.
As a Heritage Consultant, you will:
* Provide practical heritage advice and contribute to the delivery of heritage reports including heritage studies, conservation management plans, heritage impact assessments, interpretation and archival recordings
* Gain practical on-site experience, contributing to fabric analysis and architectural conservation oversight
>Contribute to proposals, tenders, and submissions across a range of projects
* Undertake property research, analysis, and report writing
* Support project delivery, including client and stakeholder engagement, in line with agreed scopes and deadlines

We know everyone is different and bring different strengths and passions with them. In addition to yours, we're keen to connect with you if you bring the following skills and experience:
* A tertiary qualification in a heritage-related discipline
* 6-12 months' industry experience is desirable
* A working knowledge of statutory heritage legislation, including the principles of the Heritage Act 1977, and the ability to apply them in practice
Proven ability to undertake heritage research using multiple sources and methodologies, and to present accurate preliminary assessments of findings
