Our client, a West Australian Electrical company with works throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA are now seeking an experienced Human Resources professional for their business located in Canning Vale. This exciting and varied role will be temp to perm for the right candidate. About you: Previous experience in a similar HR HSEQ experience and knowledge - desirable Sound knowledge of HR practices and WHS legislation Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of computer literacy Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently A supportive, team-focused attitude About the role: Maintain and manage employee files (currently 25 staff) Support HR processes including: Onboarding and inductions Performance reviews Employee relations matters Assist with development and review of HR policies and procedures Coordinate and review Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provide regular reports to management on: Safety performance Incidents and trends HR matters and compliance Support management with decision-making through data and insights Oversee procurement, allocation, and tracking of PPE Ensure compliance with PPE requirements across all staff Maintain registers for equipment and safety gear Provide support across all departments to ensure compliance and efficiency Contribute to a positive and professional workplace environment APPLY NOW FOR THIS FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY!
