We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Fuels & Energy East business, a key part of our inclusive Services Division. Our Southbank, Melbourne location offers a supportive and collaborative environment where you can drive financial strategy, enhance profitability, and align operations with UGL's commitment to growth and innovation.

With over $300 million in revenue and 800-1,200 staff, including 300 skilled professionals, you'll provide essential financial insights, manage working capital, and contribute to strategic growth, planning, and forecasting.
* Propose innovative, strategic improvements to enhance operational profitability.
* Lead the development of the planning model, setting targets and creating financial projections and simulations.
* Ensure efficient month-end processing, while accurately reporting financial outcomes, business plans, and projections.
* Plan and forecast business results.
* Inspire and lead a diverse team of finance professionals, fostering an environment of dynamic growth and change.

About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Extensive experience in similar roles within our industry.
* Commercial acumen and expertise in managing projects and Operations & Maintenance contracts.
* Demonstrated success in forecasting, budgeting, and cash management.
* A Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting, with CPA/CA qualification or equivalent.
* Strong leadership skills and stakeholder engagement.
