This position will require the successful applicant to have mechanical repair or accessory fitting experience.
We are a rapidly growing 4WD Accessories business looking for a hardworking auto accessories fitter. Willingness to work Saturdays is a must, our Saturday hours are 8 am to 2 pm at 1.5x loading. We're happy to negotiate salary based on experience. The job is located at 20 Walker St South Windsor 2756.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong background in automotive fitting/mechanical work etc. (No need for formal qualifications)
* We have the tools Or you can choose to bring your own tools which is preferred
* Automotive electrical wiring experience/knowledge is preferred
* Be able to keep a clean, organised workspace
* Attention to detail
* Experience in a fast-paced, highly active workshop environment
* Strong self-motivation with the desire to succeed
* The ability to work individually without direction
* Current Drivers License with the ability to drive manual
Successful candidates will be required to install the following:
* Bullbars
* Canopies
* Tow bars
* Electric brakes
* Roof racks
* Tonneau Covers
* Side steps & more
