About Our Organisation
We offer supported independent living, short-term accommodation and assistance services as a subsidiary of one of Australia's largest disability support service providers.
We are seeking individuals who can build strong relationships within a team environment and have experience in managing challenging behaviours with a calm and confident approach.
* Permanent, part-time role based in Wangaratta
* Supporting customers with daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach
* Rotating roster including early morning and sleepover shifts
* Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent) is highly desirable
Remuneration and Benefits
* Salary, benefits and conditions aligned with the Disability Services Enterprise Agreement Victoria, with membership to HACSU
* Salary Packaging (up to $15,900 per year tax-free)
