* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct holistic assessments addressing physical, psychological, functional, social, and environmental needs of clients.
* Deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance independence in personal, domestic, and community activities of daily living.
* Provide recommendations for modifications, equipment, technology, and adaptive strategies.
* Support clients through education, tailored therapy plans, and ongoing follow-up.
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to maximise skills and promote safe, independent living.
* Liaise with families and carers to provide guidance on effective support strategies.
* Maintain accurate documentation, statistics, and reporting in line with standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement, service development, and quality initiatives.
* Participate in supervision of students and support staff where required.
* Promote safety and wellbeing by adhering to best practice policies.
