About the Role
This position supports a Director with over 20 years of experience in a reputable agency. The ideal candidate will utilise their administration, time management, and organisational skills to work alongside a supportive boss who prioritises work-life balance.
* Co-manage the agent's diary and liaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors throughout the sales process.
* Provide full sales support, including coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material, and agent branding.
* Prepare for listing presentations, administer properties through the sale process, and ensure accurate compliance of documentation.
* Contact valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors to facilitate smooth progress of sales.
Candidate Requirements
* A strong administration background in Real Estate is preferred.
* A Current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain is required.
* The ideal candidate must be able to manage a prestigious workload with high-end clientele.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
