What you'll be doing:
Manage a well-maintained western suburbs portfolio with professionalism and care
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring clear, responsive communication
Oversee leasing, inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and renewals
Ensure compliance with legislation and company standards
Handle maintenance, disputes, and tenancy issues efficiently and tactfully
Maintain accurate records and uphold the company's values of integrity and service excellence
Work independently in your own office, supported by an experienced and ethical team
What you'll need:
2+ years of Property Management experience
Restricted/Unrestricted Certificate IV
Drivers Licence and working Vehicle
