About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of people with disabilities and young individuals by providing tailored, person-centred support. Whether it’s daily living assistance, emotional guidance, or community engagement, your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society. Key Responsibilities Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance. Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth. Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges. Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals. Support and encourage children and young people with Dual Diagnosis including Trauma based behaviour to feel safe and secure to build trusting relationships/connections.
