About the Role
Based at our Osborne Park office, you'll take ownership of plumbing projects across Perth. From planning through to handover. You'll be the link between clients, site teams, contractors and suppliers, making sure jobs run on time, on budget, and to the standard our name is built on.
Responsibilities
* Developing and executing project plans for commercial plumbing works
* Managing budgets, schedules and resources across multiple jobs
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Identifying risks early and putting practical solutions in place
* Liaising directly with clients, builders and consultants
* Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety and industry standards
* Driving process improvements as the business grows
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in plumbing or construction
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and WA regulations
* Proven ability to deliver complex projects from start to finish
* Confident managing budgets, programmes and resourcing
* Excellent communication skills with clients, trades and office staff
* Sound problem solving and decision making under pressure
* A leadership style that brings people with you
* Plumbing trade background is highly regarded but not essential
