We are seeking experienced Underground Shift Supervisors to join our team. If you're looking to be part of a tight-knit, owner-operator environment with a strong culture and a focus on performance, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the UG Mine Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading and supervising underground crews to safely deliver production targets. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive performance, set standards, and lead from the front.
About You
You're a strong leader who builds capable teams, drives accountability, and takes pride in delivering results safely and efficiently.
To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated underground mining experience in a supervisory capacity
Proven ability to manage day-to-day underground operations, including contractors and equipment utilisation
Strong track record of motivating teams and delivering against mine plan targets
Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and underground operational practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
