Key Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support our operations team. As a key member, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive process improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Support employees across a broad range of human resources, benefits, and payroll topics.
* Manage cases, projects, and partner relationships with varying degrees of complexity.
* Ensure that employee documentation is complete and accurate.
* Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for customers, escalates as appropriate.
* Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to customers and team members.
* Create and distribute standard communications.
* Audit and analyse key findings.
* Lead process improvement initiatives.
* Develop suggestions for improvements to maximise value of resources.
* Adhere to strict confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
* High school or equivalent qualification.
* 6+ months of Human Resources experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
