Estimator – Building Industry
Location: Bunbury, Western Australia
Salary: From $75,000 per annum plus superannuation (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role
* Preparing accurate cost estimates and material take-offs
* Reviewing building plans and specifications
* Obtaining and assessing supplier and subcontractor pricing
* Assisting with tender preparation and project costing
* Supporting project delivery in collaboration with site and management teams
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrated experience within the building industry
* Estimating experience (residential preferred)
* Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
* Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation
* High attention to detail and sound numerical skills
* Strong organisational and communication abilities
