Job Title: Credit Repair Case Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Credit Repair Case Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their credit repair needs.
About the Role:
* Provide personalized support to clients through phone, email, and online communication channels.
* Conduct thorough analysis of client credit reports to identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement effective credit repair plans tailored to each client's needs.
* Maintain accurate records and update client information in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
