Senior Veterinary Surgeon - Small Animal

As Senior Vet, you will lead our veterinary team while enjoying plenty of opportunities for collaboration, professional growth, and peer support. - Lead a dedicated team of vets and nurses, creating a positive and supportive working environment alongside championing excellence in clinical standards and client care while encouraging open case discussions and reflective practice.
- Foster teamwork, promote continuous learning, and support professional development to help your colleagues thrive and ensure the best outcomes for our patients and clients.
Work-Life Balance:
We understand the importance of flexibility and balance. We offer rota patterns and working hours that can be tailored to your circumstances, and we are committed to finding a schedule that suits you. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked over four or five days depending on your preference, with a commitment to 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am-1pm).
