Senior Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accounts Administrator to ensure the seamless flow and accuracy of our entire financial process, reporting directly to the General Manager and Directors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Core Transactions: Processing all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable from start to finish.
- Banking & Ledger: Performing daily bank and credit card reconciliations in Xero, and maintaining weekly Work In Progress reporting.
- Compliance & Tax: Managing fortnightly payroll and commissions, coordinating Superannuation payments, and preparing Monthly BAS for lodgement.
- Financial Insight: Conducting regular cash flow forecasting and preparing documents required for annual financial and insurance reviews.
- General Oversight: Managing asset registers, company fleet/registrations, insurance policies, and supplier rebate processes.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for a highly organised and trustworthy individual who thrives on accuracy and structure. You must be able to work autonomously and professionally manage both internal and external financial relationships.
- Minimum Certificate III in Accounting or similar.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar dedicated accounts administration role. Experience in the Building Industry is preferred but not essential.
- Proven, recent experience using Xero Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, sound computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Suite), and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Must hold a current Australian Driver's Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
