We are seeking a reliable and organised Maintenance Officer to carry out hands-on maintenance duties Monday to Friday across multiple locations. Responsibilities include:Grounds maintenance: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, plantingHousehold and garden refuse removalBasic property repairs, fittings, and cleaningEquipment upkeep and record keepingOccasional supervision of contractors, trainees, or other maintenance staffWhat you can bring to the teamYou are a reliable and hardworking individual with a positive, can-do attitude. Motivated, practical, and team-oriented, you're ready to take ownership of your daily tasks while supporting a clean and safe environment for residents. You work well independently, manage your time effectively, and approach each task with care and a strong commitment to service. Physically capable and hands-on, you're confident using groundskeeping tools and performing general property maintenance.
