Atlas Recruitment are currently working on several Site Supervisors / Site Foreman opportunities across Melbourne with a focus in managing the delivery of MEP Services packages on large Industrial & Data Centre builds.
Our current requirements are with Tier 1 principal builders / head contractors who both have considerable pipelines of work in Melbourne. The projects are both north of $400M in value and based in the inner west, & northern suburbs.
The successful Site Supervisor / Foreman applicants will ideally have been exposed to complex, services heavy projects (Data Centre, Health, Defence, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial etc) at Tier 1 & 2 level. You will aslo have proven experience in managing the delivery of Mechanical and/or Electrical packages throughout the lifecycle of the project.
A mechanical or electrical trade is a bonus however not essential, and those working with either large Mech/Elec subcontractors or directly for Tier 1 & 2 builders are encouraged to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of Mechanical/Electrical trades site activities as well as on-site safety.
- Overseeing MEP packages installations and ensuring delivered to quality standards & specifications.
- Manage the weekly programme and comply with business systems.
- Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and on-site meetings.
- Be an advocate for safety and encourage a strong safety culture throughout the project.
- Must hold a relevant construction degree and qualification.
- Mechanical / Electrical trade is an advantage but not essential.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a management role on largescale projects ($100M+)
- Proven history in the successful management & delivery of MEP services on complex projects.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Supervisor / Management role with Tier 1 or 2 principal builders or MEP subcontractors.
- Australian experience is a strong advantage but not essential.
