Admin Coordinator
We’re on the lookout for a highly organised Admin Coordinator to join our business. This is a versatile role that will act as a support to our accounts, service and construction divisions.
Although initially there will be entry level tasks attached to this role, experience in HR, management, WHS, certified qualifications etc will be favoured and highly regarded.
The intent for this person is to develop into a managerial role as the business continues to grow, and assist in developing entry level personnel as required.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handle incoming calls and be our first point of contact
* Monitor and administer incoming shared email correspondence
* Scheduling and coordinating with the service manager and field staff to ensure a smooth workflow and customer experience.
* Liaising and supporting key client accounts inc builders, property and facility managers.
* Preparing maintenance reports
* Preparing documentation for construction projects
* Working with our accounts officer and project managers to process invoices, purchase orders, timesheets, and other accounts-related admin
* Handling and assisting with HR related tasks
* Ensuring WHS compliance through documentation, audits, and reporting
* General office administration and day-to-day support
* Flexible, and able to maintain a coordinated and efficient office environment.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confidence with scheduling, reporting, and using computer systems
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Previous admin/office coordination experience (trades industry strongly preferred but not essential)
