The Role 
Ensure daily food safety forms are completed 
Handle customer questions and concerns with a friendly, professional touch 
Drive exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction 
Supervise the front-of-house team 
Place orders promptly to keep everything running smoothly 
Collaborate with the Retail Manager to create a well-balanced staff roster 
The Person 
Must have an approved manager's card 
Has a valid driver's licence 
Experience in a team leader or supervisor role 
Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe workplace 
Ability to work well under pressure 
Must be available to work Monday-Friday
