Nestlé Broadford is seeking reliable and safety-focused Casual Production Operators to support our operations on night shift. These roles are ideal for individuals who are flexible, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Night Shift Casual, you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring product quality. Casual employees are an important part of our workforce and contribute to maintaining our high manufacturing standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Inspecting product to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Following all safety procedures and work instructions
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Availability to work night shift (typically Sunday–Thursday nights, as required)
* Flexibility to be called in at short notice and arrive onsite within 1 hour
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
* A strong focus on safety and teamwork
* Basic communication and reliability
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.

Additional Information
* Casual employees are engaged on an hourly basis- on call roster
* Shift Times 11.30pm to 7.30am
* Experience working night shift if preferred
