About the role
This is a hands-on role where you'll keep HR processes running smoothly, from recruitment through to onboarding and day-to-day coordination. You'll work closely with managers and have the support of external HR consultants, so while you'll take ownership of the admin and coordination side, you'll never be on your own when it comes to trickier matters.
In this role, you'll…
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from posting and promoting ads to arranging interviews and reference checks
* Manage onboarding and induction for new starters, ensuring a great first impression
* Keep employee records, HR documentation, and systems up to date and compliant
* Test and create talent acquisition maps and best practice documentation
* Support managers with HR queries and provide timely follow-up
* Liaise with external HR consultants for advice and guidance when needed
* Assist with training coordination, employee engagement activities, and general HR administration
