In the role of Business Development Manager, working across both Cessnock and Maitland offices your key mandate will be to manage and generate leads and convert appraisals to new managements through professional advice and your ability to build strong rapport with potential landlords/investors.
Responsibilities
* Generate and convert new business opportunities across your business development area
* Partner with multiple offices and leverage leads from a highly active sales team
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, investors, sales agents and referral partners
* Conduct presentations to prospective clients, showcasing premium property management services
* Manage the listed-to-leased process for business you bring on
* Monitor local property market trends to identify opportunities for growth
* Build the agency's reputation as a trusted, professional, and client-focused business
Qualifications
* A proven record of success in Business Development or Real Estate Sales
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* A driven, energetic, and results-focused mindset - you thrive on achieving targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Immaculate presentation and a professional, client-first approach
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong presentation skills and confidence in conducting rental assessments
* The ability to work independently and manage a growing pipeline
